We are manufaturer of malleable iron pipe fittings about 24 years, we seized each opportunity to consolidate its strength, and has finally developed into what it is tody, a large-scale enterprise group with advanced technology, equipment and strong comprehensive strength,knows for its complete ranges of products, large producing capacity,high quality, etc.
We imported full automatic produce-lines from DISA Denmark ,DJ and SINTOKOGIO Japan on malleable iron elbow making and quality ensuring .
The spectrometer of Oxford Instruments we bought for analyzing the quality of malleable iron samples.
In order to improve material physical characteristics ,we set a higher heating value gas furnace to control the annealing process strictly .
we use close-grained, high strength, impeccable steel & plate scrap as the raw material, because the quality of the steel is the starting point of the fittings of excellent quality.
Take “six check + two inspect +one examine” measures, using Germany made FOUNDRY-MASTER Xline to check each pack of liquid iron’s chemical composition , ensure low defect rate and stable product quality .
